1. Stuart has been my water specialist for the past 5 years. He has done several jobs, such as installing new a water pressure tank, whole house water filters and reverse osmosis system for sink and refrigerator. He also sends me the filters I need at the intervals that they need changed As I like to try and perform maintenance and fix
some issues myself, he does try to walk me through how to do it myself, rather than insisting that he come and do it, which would require a service fee. He is very responsive, punctual, and on time. I would highly recommend and will continue to use his services. Vandervort, Hillsborough, NC
2. They ship filters to me on a regular basis. They have replaced an old water filter system with a new one. The water filter
system was about $2,200.00 and that was very competitive. I have known Stuart for years even when he did not own his own company. The prices are very honest and they do a great job. The company is very honest and they have a lot of integrity. Stuart has been servicing the different systems for around 15 years total.

3. Stuart came out to replace the filters in my cold water sink dispenser. I first met Stuart when I was having difficulty finding filters for my old system, and then, when we did, they were extremely expensive. Stuart recommended a different system, with more easily accessible and cheaper filters. Stuart is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had two things done; first, installing a reverse osmosis water system which we love and second, replacing the rod in our hot water heater which we had never heard of doing but he said it would increase the life of the hot water heater. Stuart was very professional and spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing. Then he returned on a Saturday to "fix" a leak that turned out to be a part that just needed to be tightened. We were very pleased with all the work that he did plus he noticed another problem under our house and recommended we have that fixed before it caused other problems.
